The Lost Castle
This is a project I worked on for my art class in 2022. The project involved creating a 'specific site' sculpture, which meant selecting an outdoor location and creating a sculpture using only the materials I could find in the surroundings.
As you can see, my chosen materials were dried sticks I found scattered around, along with some dried branches I trimmed.
The sculpture stands at a height of approximately 2 to 3 feet. I find a sense of tranquility just by looking at it, especially with the lake in the background and the intense blue sky.
